Your name, business name, phone number, email address, vehicle details (such as registration, make and model) and any notes you give us about the job. If you contact us by phone or email we keep a record of that correspondence.

To schedule and confirm your booking, to contact you about the work, to quote fleet pricing, to answer enquiries and to keep our own service records. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business — our booking and calendar system, email provider and accounting software. They may store data outside Australia, and we only share what is needed to deliver the service you asked for.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to service your vehicles and meet our tax and legal obligations.
Your choices
