Bookings
A booking is confirmed once it appears in our schedule and you receive a confirmation with a reference number. Please arrive at the time booked — late arrivals may need to be rebooked if they push into the next job.
Pricing
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and are a guide only. The final price depends on the vehicle, its condition and the work required. Heavily soiled vehicles take longer and may attract an additional charge, which we will tell you about before we start.
Payment
Payment is made at the wash bay on completion unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. No payment is taken online at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule from your booking confirmation link.
Your vehicle
Please remove valuables and loose items from the cab before your appointment. We take care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or aftermarket fittings, decals, or damage caused by defects in the vehicle itself.
Fleet work
Fleet schedules and pricing are set out in a separate written quote or agreement.
